Before you order
What is the difference between cut transfers and gang sheets?
Cut transfers are separated designs. A gang sheet holds multiple designs in one layout. For a finished-sheet upload, arrange the artwork beforehand and match the selected sheet size.
Will my background print?
Anything visible in your file can print, including a white JPG background. Use a transparent PNG or try Remove white background. Background-only mode preserves enclosed white areas; All white also removes white details inside the design. Review the result carefully. Switching the preview background does not change your artwork.
Can I order the same artwork at different sizes?
Yes. Add the first size, then choose “Same design, another size.” Each saved version becomes its own cart item.
What does the resolution warning mean?
DPI measures the detail available at the print size. Aim for 300 DPI. Below 150 DPI requires your acknowledgement. Enlarging the design reduces its effective resolution.
Are garments or heat pressing included?
No. These products are printed transfers. Garments and application are separate. Follow the instructions supplied with the transfers and test on your material before production.
