About these terms
These Terms of Service cover shopping at bearimprint.com and using Bear Imprint’s ordering and artwork tools. Bear Imprint sells blank apparel, custom transfers, and decorated products. “Bear Imprint,” “we,” and “our” refer to Bear Imprint LLC. Effective date: September 27, 2026.
Read these terms and the product-specific information before ordering. Where we ask you to accept these terms, your acceptance applies to your use of the service and your order. A written quote or order-specific agreement that we both accept controls any conflicting provision for that order. Nothing here removes consumer protections that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
Your account and order information
Provide accurate contact, billing, delivery, and product-selection information. Keep your account credentials secure and contact us if you suspect unauthorized access. If ordering for an organization, you must have authority to make that purchase. Purchases must be made by someone legally able to enter into the transaction.
Products, inventory, and order acceptance
Check the style, color, size, quantity, and decoration selections in your cart. Stock counts reflect the latest information available to us and can change before an order is fulfilled. Adding an item to your cart does not reserve it. An automated receipt confirms that we received your request; it does not confirm that every item is available.
If we cannot fulfill an item, we will contact you about an alternative or refund the unfulfilled portion. We will not substitute a different garment, color, or decoration method without your agreement. We may decline an order because of suspected fraud, unlawful content, unavailable inventory, or an unresolved pricing error. Amounts collected for items we decline will be refunded.
Prices, payment, and discounts
Prices are in US dollars unless expressly stated otherwise. The checkout identifies applicable shipping charges, discounts, and taxes. You authorize collection of the amount you approve at checkout. We will request your agreement before charging an additional amount.
“As low as” prices may apply only to particular variants or qualifying quantities. The selected item and quantity determine the price you pay. Bulk savings, promotional offers, and Bear Rewards are subject to the eligibility conditions displayed with those programs; they are not interchangeable with cash. Taxes and delivery charges do not count toward qualifying spend unless the offer expressly says otherwise.
If a material price or description error affects your order, we will explain it and offer a corrected order for your approval or cancellation and a refund. We will not silently increase your charge.
Artwork and production approval
For customized items, you are responsible for selecting the intended artwork, spelling, dimensions, placement, and quantities. Review the final configuration and any proof we request you to approve. A screen preview helps communicate your design but cannot precisely reproduce ink, fabric texture, or every physical placement detail.
DTF transfers are supplied for application unless your order includes application or garment decoration. An order for transfers alone does not include a garment. Screen printing, DTG, and DTF have different production characteristics. Any specific color-matching, placement, or finishing requirement must be agreed in writing before production.
Artwork changes after approval may require a revised price or schedule. We will explain any additional charge before proceeding. We remain responsible for fulfilling the agreed specification; approving a proof does not excuse a production error on our part.
Rights in uploaded artwork
You keep the rights you hold in your uploaded artwork. You must have permission to reproduce the design, including any logos, photographs, names, or likenesses it contains, and to resell the resulting products if that is your intention.
You grant us a nonexclusive permission to store, prepare, and reproduce that artwork as needed to provide the services you request, including sharing it with service providers involved in production and delivery. This permission does not authorize unrelated advertising use of your artwork. Contact us before uploading material that requires a separate confidentiality agreement.
Do not submit unlawful content, malicious files, or designs that infringe someone else’s rights. We may request evidence of permission or decline the affected work. To report a rights concern, contact us with the affected content, the rights you claim, and a way to reach you.
Artwork tools and AI features
Check the output of background removal, enlargement, text tools, and AI generation before approving production. These tools can alter edges, spelling, colors, or fine details. Generated artwork is not a guarantee of originality, exclusivity, trademark clearance, or print suitability. Keep your original files and review the finished design at the intended print size.
Production, delivery, and free shipping
Production time and carrier transit time are separate. Review the estimated schedule and any artwork-approval requirement shown with your order. Rush service applies only when specifically offered and accepted for that order. Let us know about an event deadline before purchasing so we can confirm what is available.
Orders may ship in multiple packages from different facilities. Free Economy Shipping applies only to eligible shipments under the conditions displayed at checkout; it does not automatically include expedited service or every item in a mixed order.
If we cannot ship within the promised timeframe, we will provide the delay notice and cancellation/refund options required by applicable law, and obtain consent to a delay where required. Contact us if tracking shows a problem or a package arrives damaged.
Cancellations, returns, and product issues
Contact us promptly to request a cancellation or correction. We will confirm whether the change can still be made. A request is not a confirmation that production or shipping has stopped.
Blank-apparel returns are accepted within 60 days, except for Dropship Mill shipments, which are excluded from this return policy. This exclusion does not limit rights concerning defective, incorrect, or damaged items or other remedies required by law.
Inspect garments before decoration and transfers before applying them. If an item is incorrect, defective, or damaged, contact us with your order number and a description; photos can help us resolve the issue. Change-of-mind restrictions for custom products do not remove rights relating to defects, our errors, or other remedies required by law. Do not send a return to a supplier or production facility without return instructions.
Application and care
Follow the application and care instructions supplied for the particular transfer and garment. Test material compatibility before a full production run. Use heat equipment according to its manufacturer’s instructions, with suitable ventilation and precautions against burns. Results can vary with fabric, pressure, temperature, and equipment. This section does not waive rights concerning unsafe or defective products.
Reviews and communications
Reviews should describe your genuine experience and disclose any incentive or business relationship. You may express an honest negative opinion. We do not require ownership of your review or penalize you for criticism. By submitting a review or review photo for display, you give us nonexclusive permission to display it with that review. Avoid posting private information or material you do not have permission to share.
We may send communications necessary to process or support your order. Marketing choices are separate from accepting these terms.
Service problems and legal rights
Our tools may occasionally be unavailable or contain errors. Contact us when a technical problem affects an order so we can investigate. Any specific product warranty or written service commitment remains subject to its stated terms and applicable law.
Contact us first if a dispute arises so we can attempt to resolve it. This request does not prevent you from seeking available legal remedies or extend any filing deadline. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, the remaining provisions apply to the extent permitted by law.
Updates and contact
We will identify the effective date of future revisions. Changes will apply prospectively and will not retroactively reduce rights relating to an existing order without your agreement where required.
