Choose a hoodie by fabric, fit and opening

Pullover or full-zip?
A pullover keeps the main front panel free of a full-length zipper. A full-zip gives you an adjustable front opening, but artwork needs to account for zipper clearance. The 18600 has overlapping fabric across its zipper; have your decorator approve the specific placement rather than assuming every design can print continuously across it.
Choose sizes from garment measurements
Classic, standard and generous are manufacturer fit descriptions, not interchangeable sizes. Lay a hoodie you like flat and compare chest width and body length with each style’s chart. Allow for clothing worn underneath and check the smallest size in a group order before finalizing artwork dimensions.
Check the exact color and fiber blend
The 18500’s Heather Dark Green, Heather Dark Maroon, Heather Dark Navy, Heather Deep Royal and Heather Scarlet Red use 60/40 polyester/cotton. The SS4500’s heathers and safety colors vary from its 80/20 solids, and the IND4000’s heathers, safety and camo shades also have different blends. Read the selected product’s Features for the exact shade. Cotton-face claims for solids do not automatically apply to heathers.
When matching different garment styles or coordinating repeat orders, compare physical samples of the intended colors. Ask your decorator to test the actual fabric and shade with the chosen ink, transfer or embroidery process before approving a larger run.
