Clear expectations. Better projects.
Everything to know about ordering blanks, creating custom apparel, and getting help with your order.
Returns & refunds
Eligible blank apparel can be returned within 60 days of purchase. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undecorated, and unaltered. Dropship Mill shipments, final-sale products, and custom-made items are excluded from change-of-mind returns.
Contact us before sending anything back. Include your order number and every item you want to return. Wait for authorization and follow the supplied warehouse and packaging instructions; your return may need to go to more than one location.
We issue refunds rather than exchanges. To change a size or color, request an eligible return and place a new order. Original shipping is nonrefundable for change-of-mind returns. Return freight and a restocking charge of up to 15% may apply; we will confirm the deductions before you return anything.
A free return label is included only when expressly offered for your order. Refunds are processed within 14 calendar days after we receive your return, following inspection, and go to the original payment method. Your bank determines when the credit becomes available.
These exclusions do not remove remedies for defective, incorrect, or damaged goods, our production errors, or rights required by law.
Cancellations & order changes
Contact Bear Imprint immediately if you need to change an address, item, quantity, or artwork. Fulfillment can begin shortly after checkout. We must confirm a change before you can rely on it; sending a request does not stop an order.
Blank orders cannot be changed once warehouse picking has started. Custom work cannot be canceled after production begins. Earlier custom-order cancellations may incur up to 25% for preparation, setup, and return freight; any applicable amount will be explained before cancellation is confirmed.
Shipping & delivery
Our usual delivery window for stocked blank apparel in the contiguous United States is 1–4 business days: 0–1 business day for handling and 1–3 business days in transit. Orders are processed Monday–Friday, with a 5 PM Pacific cutoff. Holidays, manufacturer-direct items, and custom production can require additional time.
Enter your complete delivery address at checkout to see available methods, charges, and delivery estimates. Eligibility depends on your items, fulfillment locations, and destination. A qualifying shipment may receive free Standard shipping under the offer shown at checkout; expedited service is separate.
One order can arrive in several packages from different warehouses. Check the tracking for each shipment before reporting an item missing. An order subtotal alone does not guarantee that every shipment qualifies for free shipping.
Production and shipping are separate stages. Carrier estimates are not a guaranteed arrival date unless an express written guarantee applies. Tell us about an event deadline before ordering. If fulfillment is delayed, we will provide the notices and cancellation options required by law.
Delivery availability is determined at checkout. Contact us before ordering if your destination or required service is not offered. Manufacturer-direct items can have different fulfillment schedules and return restrictions.
Missing, damaged & incorrect items
Report missing items within 30 days of ordering and defects or printing problems within seven days of delivery. Contact us promptly with your order number, affected sizes and quantities, and clear photos. Keep the items, shipping label, and packaging while we review the issue.
Inspect blank garments before washing, wearing, or sending them to a decorator. Ask any third-party recipient to count and inspect the delivery immediately. Alteration can make it difficult to establish the original condition of the goods.
For a package marked delivered, check the delivery photo, household members, reception desk, mailroom, and neighbors. Contact us if it is still missing so we can investigate with the carrier. We may need supporting documentation; a replacement is not automatic while a claim is being investigated.
For approved problems, we will explain the appropriate correction, replacement, reprint, or refund. Keep affected products available if a return is required. Reporting windows do not override protections required by law.
Custom decoration & proofs
Choose apparel and add your artwork through Print Designer, or contact us for a project quote. Screen printing, direct-to-garment printing, and embroidery availability depends on the garment and design. Products marked decoration required cannot be ordered as blanks.
Review spelling, artwork, print dimensions, colors, locations, garments, and quantities before approval. A designer preview communicates your idea; it is not a precise physical proof. Where a production proof is supplied, written approval is required before decoration begins.
Screen colors, fabric texture, garment construction, and decoration methods affect the finished result. Tell us about exact color or placement requirements before production so we can confirm what is achievable. Approval does not excuse our failure to meet the agreed specification.
Changes after approval can affect price and timing. Samples, rush work, and special matching requirements must be agreed separately. Contact us before a repeat order if matching a previous run is important.
Artwork & DTF transfers
Upload artwork you own or have permission to reproduce. You retain your rights and authorize Bear Imprint to prepare and reproduce the files to fulfill your project. We may decline unlawful or infringing content.
Check background removal, enlargement, text, and AI-generated results at the intended print size. These tools can change fine details or spelling. AI output does not guarantee originality, exclusivity, or trademark clearance.
DTF transfers ordered on their own do not include garments or application. Confirm dimensions and quantities before ordering. Custom transfers and decorated apparel are final sale for change of mind; please contact us about defects or production errors.
Follow the application instructions supplied with your transfer and test fabric compatibility before a full run. Heat, pressure, timing, and equipment affect results. Keep your original artwork for future projects.
Products, availability & pricing
There is no minimum order for blank apparel. Review the manufacturer’s size chart and product specifications; fit and color can differ between styles and production batches. A small evaluation order can help you choose before buying in bulk.
Inventory can change before fulfillment, and adding products to your cart does not reserve stock. If an item becomes unavailable, we will contact you about an alternative or refund. We will not substitute a garment, color, or decoration method without your agreement.
Prices are in US dollars. Starting prices apply to qualifying variants and quantities. Eligible blank apparel can be mixed across products, sizes, and colors for available bulk savings; tax, shipping, coupons, DTF transfers, and decorated items do not count toward that eligible subtotal.
Checkout shows the approved total, tax, payment options, and applicable discounts. Promotions and Bear Rewards follow their displayed terms. If a material pricing error affects an order, we will offer a corrected order for approval or cancellation and a refund, rather than silently increasing the charge.
Payment, tax & privacy
Use accurate billing and delivery details and a payment method you are authorized to use. Available payment options appear at checkout. Contact your bank about a declined payment or a pending authorization; pending entries are not necessarily completed charges.
Applicable tax is calculated for your order. Contact us before purchasing if you require tax-exempt handling so we can confirm the documentation and process. A note in an order does not by itself establish an exemption.
Our Privacy Policy explains how customer and artwork information is handled. Our Terms of Service cover account use, artwork permissions, ordering, and legal rights. An accepted written project agreement controls conflicting project-specific terms.
