What is the difference between cut transfers and gang sheets?
By-size orders let you choose the finished dimensions and quantity for each design. Precutting is optional; select it if you want individually trimmed transfers and review the displayed charge. A gang sheet holds multiple designs in one layout and is supplied uncut. For a finished-sheet upload, arrange the artwork beforehand and match the selected sheet size. Build a DTF gang sheet if you want to arrange several designs together.
How do I choose a print size and quantity?
Measure the intended print area on your garment before choosing dimensions. Check the smallest garment in a group and allow clearance from seams, pockets and zippers. Keep the artwork proportions locked unless you intend to change its shape. Review each design’s size, quantity, optional precutting and current order estimate before adding it to your cart.
Will these transfers work on my garment?
Compatibility depends on the garment, fabric finish and application process. Do not assume every fabric or coating is suitable. Tell us the exact garment and color if you are unsure, follow the instructions supplied with your transfers, and test a spare garment before a production run. A preview cannot verify adhesion or heat tolerance. Ask about your garment.
Will the printed colors match my screen?
A screen preview is not a physical color proof. If matching a brand color or an existing garment is important, contact our team before ordering to discuss the requirement and available sample options.
Will my background print?
Anything visible in your file can print, including a white JPG background. Use a transparent PNG or try Remove white background. Background-only mode preserves enclosed white areas; All white also removes white details inside the design. Review the result carefully. Switching the preview background does not change your artwork.
Can I order the same artwork at different sizes?
Yes. Add the first size, then choose “Same design, another size.” Each saved version becomes its own cart item.
What does the resolution warning mean?
DPI measures the detail available at the print size. Aim for 300 DPI. Below 150 DPI requires your acknowledgement. Enlarging the design reduces its effective resolution.
Are garments or heat pressing included?
No. You are ordering printed transfers, not decorated garments. Garments and heat pressing are separate. Follow the application instructions supplied with your order rather than settings for a different transfer product. See our DTF artwork and pressing guides for preparation help.
