What purchases earn rewards?
Qualifying DTF transfers and confirmed custom decoration charges earn at your current reward rate. Blank apparel counts toward your rewards level but earns no cashback. Shipping, taxes, gift cards and store-credit purchases do not qualify. You do not earn on amounts paid with Bear Rewards.
How is my reward level calculated?
Your level is based on eligible merchandise spend after discounts and refunds over the previous 12 months, not the calendar year. Your rate can decrease as older purchases leave that window.
When do rewards become available?
Rewards become available when a paid order reaches a qualifying status: Completed. Pending rewards cannot be spent. Decoration quotes and unpaid estimates do not earn credit.
What happens when an order reaches the next level?
The order earns at the rate you qualified for immediately before it became eligible. Its spend then counts toward your rate on subsequent qualifying orders. Previously earned rewards are not increased retroactively.
How do I use Bear Rewards?
Sign in and choose Apply Rewards at checkout. You can apply part or all of your available credit, up to the eligible merchandise total, on blanks, transfers or decoration.
What happens if I return an order?
Refunded eligible merchandise reduces your qualifying spend and reverses the corresponding earned rewards at that order’s original rate. Credit used on returned merchandise is restored proportionally. If returned rewards were already spent, future earnings first offset the difference.
Can rewards be exchanged for cash?
No. Bear Rewards are non-transferable store credit with no cash value. They cannot be withdrawn.
Do Bear Rewards expire?
An expiration policy has not been announced. Any future expiration terms will be published here.
Can I earn without an account?
Sign in or create an account during checkout to earn credit. Guest orders do not automatically create a rewards balance. Contact our team about securely linking an earlier order; historical linked purchases may count toward your level, but do not automatically receive retroactive credit.
