Custom Gildan 18000 Sweatshirts: Printing & Embroidery
← All apparel buying & printing guides
Your logo. Your crewneck.
Custom Gildan 18000 sweatshirts for your team, business or next merchandise run.
Start with the classic-fit Heavy Blend crewneck, choose your colors and size mix, then add your artwork. Compare screen printing and DTG below, or ask about embroidery for a smaller stitched logo.
Decoration is added to the garment price. Availability and the final order total are confirmed for your selections.

Why choose the Gildan 18000 for a custom order?
The 18000 is an 8 oz./yd² fleece crewneck with a classic fit, rib with spandex and a tear-away label. Its main blend is 50/50 cotton/polyester. Several listed heather shades use 60/40 polyester/cotton, so choose the actual shade before confirming the decoration process. It is a sweatshirt without a hood or front zipper, giving you a clear front panel to plan a logo or larger design.
For staff layers, clubs and event merchandise, compare the garment measurements with a sweatshirt your group already likes. Size names alone do not establish fit. Check every size in the order; extended sizes can have a different garment price.
Choose the finish for your artwork
Screen printing
Consider it for repeated spot-color artwork on a group order. Quantity, ink colors, locations and any underbase affect the price. A one-color logo and a multi-color design are different production setups.
DTG printing
Compare a digitally printed design when you want multiple colors or detailed artwork. Use the actual print dimensions when comparing quotes. The fabric blend and chosen color need review before production.
Embroidery
A stitched logo offers a different texture from a printed graphic. The artwork needs digitizing, and stitch count, logo size and placement affect pricing. Ask for a quote for your specific logo rather than treating a print example as an embroidery price.
What does a custom Gildan 18000 order cost?
These examples include the sweatshirts and decoration, rather than advertising a blank price as a finished-product price. The same Black, size S garment is used across the table so you can compare quantity and print method.

Planning estimates calculated Nov 7, 2026 using Bear’s current checkout pricing, standard production and a modeled economy-delivery allowance to Las Vegas, NV 89101. Includes garments, decoration, setup and applicable order costs; excludes sales tax, coupons and rush service. Screen-print examples include the configured underbase allowance; the final artwork can change the required screens. DTG uses an 8 × 10-inch front design. Your sizes, artwork, destination and confirmed shipping can change the total. *Per-garment figures are rounded; the order total controls.

Before you order custom crewnecks
Can I mix sizes and colors?
Enter the quantities for each variation on the product page. Different sizes can carry different garment prices, and color changes can affect print requirements. Have us review the complete breakdown when comparing it with the examples above.
Is there a minimum for a custom order?
Supported quantities depend on the selected method, artwork and available production schedule. The examples show 12, 24 and 48 pieces. For another quantity, use the product designer or request a quote; the no-minimum policy for blank apparel does not establish a minimum for decoration.
How long does a decorated order take?
Production timing depends on the method, artwork readiness, quantity and production availability. Shipping transit follows production. Tell us your required in-hand date before ordering; a blank-apparel delivery estimate is not a decorated-order promise.
Should I choose this or a Comfort Colors crewneck?
Compare the Gildan 18000 and Comfort Colors 1566 by fabric, fit and dye treatment. If the feel and color are central to your project, compare physical samples before committing to the run.
Can custom sweatshirts be returned?
Decorated apparel is excluded from change-of-mind returns. Contact us about incorrect, defective or damaged items or a production problem, and review the published store policies before ordering.
