Talk to our teamWhat is a DTF transfer?
DTF means Direct to Film. Your design is printed onto transfer film and applied to compatible fabric with heat and pressure. Transfers are ordered separately from garments and pressing.
Is there a minimum order?
There is no quantity minimum. Size and quantity determine your transfer pricing.
What file should I upload?
A transparent PNG is a great starting point for artwork without a background. Aim for 300 DPI at your chosen print size. The studio lists accepted formats and checks your resolution. For vector files, export a transparent PNG first.
Can I build my own gang sheet?
Yes. Open the gang-sheet builder, upload your designs, set sizes and copies, and arrange them on a 22 × 24 inch sheet. Sheets are supplied uncut. Check resolution and transparency before ordering.
Can I order more than one design?
Yes. Upload up to 10 files, up to 10 MB each, and set the dimensions and quantities for your designs in the transfer studio.
Will my background print?
Yes, if it is part of your artwork. JPG backgrounds print with the design. Use a transparent PNG or the studio’s background removal tool, then preview the result before ordering.
Can you pre-cut my transfers?
Choose the optional pre-cut finish in the transfer studio. Pre-cut finishing adds $0.35 per transfer.
How does DTF shipping work?
Economy shipping is based on qualifying DTF merchandise after discounts and before tax. Apparel shipping is calculated separately. Choose Economy at checkout.

Which pressing settings should I use?
Follow the instructions supplied with your transfers for temperature, time, pressure, peel method, and any finishing press. Confirm your material is compatible and test before producing a full batch.
What if I need help with my order?
Contact our team with your order details and tell us what happened. We’ll help you find the next step. Transfers and decorated items have different return terms from blank apparel.
