The Next Level 3600 is a regular-fit, side-seamed T-shirt with a 4.3 oz./yd² combed ring-spun cotton base fabric. It is a lighter-weight option to compare with heavier cotton blanks when planning a print run. Oatmeal and Heather Grey include polyester, so confirm the chosen shade before treating the style as an all-cotton garment.

Features

  • 4.3 oz./yd² (US), 7.2 oz./L yd (CA); base fabric: 100% combed ring-spun cotton, 32 singles.
  • Oatmeal: 99/1 cotton/polyester; Heather Grey: 90/10 cotton/polyester.
  • Regular fit with side seams.
  • Self-fabric 3/8-inch shoulder-to-shoulder binding and a 3/4-inch neckband with 1 × 1 rib.
  • Tear-away label. The manufacturer is listed as a Fair Labor Association member.

Is every Next Level 3600 color 100% cotton?
No. The two blend exceptions are listed above. Confirm the selected shade and test your decoration process on that fabric rather than assuming every color behaves like a cotton solid.

How should I compare it with another T-shirt?
Compare the listed garment width and body length with a tee you already wear. Then consider fabric weight and side-seam construction. Approve a decorated sample before changing the blank or color on a larger run.

Is every 3600 color 100% cotton?

Most colors are 100% combed ring-spun cotton. Oatmeal is 99% cotton / 1% polyester, and Heather Grey is 90% cotton / 10% polyester. Choose the actual garment color before confirming your printing process.

How does the 3600 fit?

The supplier describes a regular fit. Compare the measurements below with a shirt you already wear, rather than sizing from a different brand. For a group order, check the chosen color across every size needed.

Garment measurements in inches. Lay a well-fitting shirt flat and compare chest width across the shirt and body length from high shoulder to hem. Chest width is not body circumference. Supplier tolerance: ±½ inch for width and length.
