The Gildan 18000 Heavy Blend is a classic-fit crewneck sweatshirt with 8 oz./yd² cotton/polyester fabric. It offers a hood-free alternative to the Gildan 18500 pullover hoodie. Check the heather exceptions before selecting a shade for a printed order: those colors use a different fiber balance from the base 50/50 blend.

Compare the size chart’s laid-flat chest width, body length and sleeve length with a sweatshirt you already own. Use the garment measurements rather than assuming another brand’s letter size will match.

Is a heather shade the same fabric as a solid?
Not always. The named heathers above use 60/40 polyester/cotton. Confirm that shade’s blend with your decorator and approve the print result on the actual garment color before a group run.
